Winter Warmers...

Raspberry and White Chocolate Muffins...

Ingredients

2 cups of self raising flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of oil
1 egg beaten
1 cup of skim milk
1 cup of raspberries (frozen is fine)
I cup of roughly chopped white chocolate

Method

Pre heat oven at 180 degrees
Place all ingredients into bowl
Mix until combined
Divide evenly into muffin tray
Bake for 25mins
Leave to cool for 20 minutes
Drizzle with melted white chocolate to serve
